Shipping Policy
You will receive your items in 7 to 10 business days after the 24-48 hours processing time from the date of purchase.
Please keep in mind that at this time we are only shipping to the 48 contiguous United States of America. We do not ship to APO, FPO, and international addresses. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
As soon as the warehouse ships out your order, you will be emailed your tracking number along with the carrier used. UPS Ground is the primary delivery method used for shipping.
If the shipping address on the order is redirected, there will be a $25 fee billed.
Return Policy
You may return an item for replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and a 20% restocking fee exists. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip.
Before you return an item, you must email us to obtain a RMA number and state the reason of return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
